The OC Series is ORSON LASER's fully enclosed sheet fibre laser, built for production environments where operator protection and continuous output matter most. The enclosed cabin reduces laser exposure, fumes and noise around the machine, creating a safer and cleaner working environment.
The automatic exchange table keeps the machine cutting: while one sheet is being cut, the operator unloads finished parts and loads the next sheet on the second table. The OC3015 uses a 3 kW or 6 kW Raycus source with a BOCI BLT310 head and CYPCUT control, reaching 1.5 g acceleration and 140 m/min, with automated lubrication, a 3-zone extraction system and electronics aircon included as standard.
OC or OA?
If you don't need an enclosure or exchange table, the open bed OA Series offers the fastest motion in the range at 2.0 g and 200 m/min, while the OAE Series offers the lowest investment.

OC Series Questions
What is an exchange table and why does it matter?
An exchange table uses two cutting pallets. While one is inside the machine being cut, the other is outside for unloading finished parts and loading the next sheet, and the tables then swap automatically. The laser keeps cutting instead of waiting for manual loading, which is why the OC suits continuous production.
What thickness can the OC3015 cut?
With the 3 kW source, the OC3015 cuts carbon steel up to 16 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm and aluminium up to 6 mm. The 6 kW source increases this to 22 mm carbon steel, 16 mm stainless steel and 12 mm aluminium.
What power supply does the OC3015 need?
Both versions run on 380 V AC three-phase 50 Hz. The 3 kW machine is rated at 32 kW with a 100 A breaker recommended. The 6 kW machine is rated at 48.5 kW with a 125 A breaker recommended. These figures exclude the air compressor.
What is included with the OC3015 as standard?
A material collection trolley, remote control, safety glasses, voltage stabiliser, touch screen, fire bricks, automated X, Y, Z lubrication, 3-zone extraction fan and electronics aircon. A 15 kW, 16 bar air compressor with dryer is optional.
Do you install the machine and train operators?
Yes. ORSON LASER assists with installation and commissioning, trains your operators on machine operation, cutting parameters and maintenance, and provides ongoing technical support and advice on cutting consumables.
